A boat loaded with tourists from nearby Princess Island (Pulau Putri) passes Sepa Island Resort on their Saturday sunset cruise..Sepa Island Resort is situated on Pulau Sepa Besar, an island of the Thousand Islands (Pulau Seribu), situated in the bay north of Jakarta. Being a considerable distance from the main land and especially from the big polluter, Jakarta, this part of the Thousand Islands is renowned for its pristine coral reefs and its clear waters, making it a good area for diving and snorkeling. All diving facilities are on offer at the island. Sepa Island is to be found in the Thousand Islands National Marine Park (Taman Nasional Laut Kepulauan Seribu) at about 70 kilometers north of Jakarta and can be reached by speedy ferries in about ninety minutes from the Ancol Marina..Princess Island is an island near Sepa Island and a similar resort to the one on Sepa Island is located on there.
